Daredevil Returning to Netflix for Second Season

It looks like we will be seeing more of Matt Murdock, the Kingpin, and Foggy for another season the Netflix Original series, Daredevil. The man with no fear will be returning for season two in 2016, according to Netflix Marvel's announcement.

There will be some changes to the return of the dancing devil.  It was also reported that the showrunner will be getting a change up, and not be returning.  The original showrunner being Steven S. DeKnight.  Instead they will be having Doug Petrie, who previously worked on Buffy the Vampire slayer, and Marco Ramirez, who wrote for Sons of Anarchy, returning as the series season two showrunners.  not much was actually said as to why DeKnight won't be returning as a showrunner for Daredevil season two, only speculation. Though, Deknight did leave this statement:
While previous commitments infortunately prevent me form continuing on with Daredevil into its second season, I could not be happier that Doug Petrie and Marco Ramirez are carrying the torch. They were invaluable collaborators during our first season, and I for one can't wait to see what they do with the show moving forward.

Later on Deknight did post a tweet stating that the reason he cannot return for Daredevil season two is conflict with another movie he is currently working on.
I have a previous commitment in the feature world. Will reveal more down the road. RT @ShowrunnersFilm: @sshowrunnerssay @MalikaShake
